We've stayed at different villas in the last 6 yrs,but this one was the nicest.We haven't seen a villa with a decent size pool and nice ,well kept interior,tv in every room and last but not least ,great management co. to look after the place.All in one place.

Everything was according to description,no unpleasant surprises and place was very clean. Ardelle and Ricky(management co.) were both very kind and helpful,was a pleasure to deal with them.

Will book again for sure.We've already recommended the villa to our friends.

We were all there from the 23rd May, everything was what I remembered from our last stay, the pool, jacuzzi, games room etc . Arriving at 11pm it was a case of suitcases down and straight to bed after the flight from Vegas which was mind blowing (another world :) ). The days to follow its was shop shop shop at the sales with some parks thrown in for a break lol, there was nothing better than coming back from a long day at the shops and sitting in the jacuzzi socking those sore limbs getting ready for the next days adventures. The weather was fine with the odd day of rain but that didn't stop us all having a superb holiday once again in the villa, will defo be back again hopefully not be as long from the last time we where there. We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at Poolside Cottage in May. We have been to Florida several times with the children who are now all grown up and this was a special selfish holiday for 2 to celebrate Pauls 50th birthday. We spent lots of days by the pool and in the hottub with barbecues for dinner at night. There was everything we could need, the kitchen was very well equipped, plenty of towels and the laundry facilities are excellent. Paul loved the pool table (shame he didn't have a worthy opponant). The comfiest bed ever in the Master bedroom. We will recommend Poolside cottage to our friends. Wish we were back there now. My only comment for improvement would be to update the bathrooms but realise that's a biggy.

We stayed here in April 2012 and had a fantastic holiday. Great location, huge house, all the bits and bobs you need, including hair straighteners! The pool was warm enough with just the solar heating and our boys had a great time playing in it. The games room is also excellent. The only critisism is there were too many silk flower arrangements!

The accent of the inter of the villa is very nice . Having a gas cooker at the villa was very nice . we cooked out most of the nights . We stayed in the house over Christmas 2011 and had a lovely time.
The house was a really welcome surprise after a nightmare journey and had everything we needed and a lot more.
The pool was a big hit with the kids as was the hottub. Whilst we had had some great weather, we probably should have requested the additional pool heating, however the kids spent as much time in there as they could! Beds really comfortable and loads of towels which would have saved us some space had we actually read the online guest book before we left.
Location was great, nice and quiet but only 10-15 minutes from Disney and less to a good range of shops. Kids also enjoyed the communal games area in Indian Ridge.
Only criticism is the sprinkler system which woke us up without fail at 6.20am most mornings!!!

Stayed in the house from 29th October until the 12th November 2011. The house was perfect for all the attractions, restaurants and supermarkets. The house was a good size and had everything in it that you could ask for. There were plenty of towels, so dont take any and the pool was a very good size with a lovely hot tub. It is based in a well established area. It was very quiet and it appeared that many of the residents were permanent and not just holidaymakers. There was an Xbox 360 which my son loved.TV, DVD, stereo, films, etc. There was a good size washer and dryer (we wished we had one at home). We didnt use the cooking equipment hardly at all as it was so cheap to eat out. It is an excellent price for what you get. We loved the huge jaccuzzi bath in the master suite. Recommended .

Back home after two wonderful weeks in Florida. We have stayed in many villas since the early 80's and even though Poolside Cottage is the oldest property we have stayed in it was very comfortable. It was definately a home from home. this was the best equipped we have ever used. From the pool to the pool table there was something for everyone. It was nice to come back from the Theme Parks or shops make a cup of tea and curl up on that very comfortable sofa. Many places advertise as being 10, 15 even 20 minutes from Disney and the truth is often a lot more Poolside Cottage to Magic Kingdom is less than a 10 minute drive. Just returned after a weeks stay at Poolside Cottage. The villa is a real 'home from home' - there is nothing missing which made our short and brief stay so much easier. We simply filled the fridge and we were ready to start enjoying our break. The pool was an absolute bonus - being able to relax and soothe our weary feet after walking around parks for hours was priceless. The location of the villa is brilliant - I had not appreciated just how near we were to all of the main parks until I had been there a day or two. The villa is located in a residential area which is extremely quiet at night and peaceful. Being a woman on her own with a child, safety was something I worried about but really there was nothing to worry about at all - completely safe and friendly. Definitely recommend!

We have just returned from a superb two week florida holiday. We had a roasting two weeks and it was a joy to come back from long days in the parks to a refreshing swim and a lovely muscle relaxing jacuzzi. Also being able to drop into a huge and very comfortable bed with clean fresh linen did loads to restore our energies for the next day. If you couple this with quality service from John both pre and post our holiday and from ardelle during the holiday everything combine to provide us with a superb holiday. Thanks to all.

Peter is being kind. It turns out that when the Management Company went in after he left the Air Conditioning wasn't working at all! I am pleased to say it is sorted. It is always woth mentioning to the Management Company if you think something is not working right. Looking forward to hearing from you again.

Hi John Just back after a couple of nights in New York following on from our Florida Trip! Villa was excellent, and while Air Con was not working at its best it did not stop us enjoying ourselves. Pool and Pool table were used a lot!! Villa is ideally situated and fully stocked with all that is required for a great holiday. Once pennies are saved no doubt you will be hearing from me again!! We have just returned from our holiday in Florida and very much enjoyed our stay at Poolside cottage. The villa is in an ideal location for the theme parks, restaurants and shopping. The villa itself is very spacious and well equipped and is ideal for two families to share. There are plenty of towels and linens, so no need to take any from home. The pool was great for the children and adults alike and we also enjoyed the hot tub very much.

Our stay at the cottage was absolutely wonderful!!! It was very close to Disney and yet in a beautiful and quiet community. Our 3 boys loved the pool and it was an absolute lifesaver for my 32 wk pregnant body after a 12 hour day in the parks! Our family loved the roomy accommodations and will be staying here the next time we're in Florida.

We have just returned from our second visit to the Poolside Cottage which, as indicated, is in a wonderful location as pertains to the parks and shopping. The development in which the house is located is quiet. The house itself is spacious and contains plenty of linens, towels and kitchen items. We particularly enjoyed the new King sized bed in the master suite.

The cottage is becoming our "home away from home", as I know when we return to Florida, it is the only place we will want to stay. We highly recommend this property to all!

Just back to wintery Calgary, Alberta after a month at the Poolside Cottage. The villa was everything that we expected from the website and John's emails - absolutley NO disappointments. Just minutes away from Disney, Old Town (for the Saturday night cruise), and all the shopping and restaurants we could handle! It was just the two of us on this trip, but the villa can easily accomodate a large family or two couples, for example - plenty of furniture in the Lanai / pool area, lots of linens and towels available - We are looking forward to (hopefully) bringing our grandchildren here in the upcoming year.

Had the holiday of a lifetime in Orlando. The Poolside Cottage was about a perfect a location as we could possibly have wished for. All Instructions received from john were clear and accurate. It is located just a few miles from the parks and the 192. The Villa had all the facilities we needed and the games room rocked. We had many a good evening playing pool and darts. My daughter loved the swimming pool and would quite happily just have spent the fortnight in it and the hot tub. This was our first trip to Florida and we intend to return. We will be looking to rent this Villa next time as it was perfect for our requirements.

Had a fantastic time in Orlando with an excellent base at the poolside cottage. Games room rocked with many tense difficult pool shots followed by screams of nah nah you missed. The pool was also good with the only issue arising due to a bit of rain depositing too much dust/dirt on the surface for the skimmer to cope with so it took a few days to clear. Absolutly no other problems as everything else was perfect.
All our friends will have the villa details in their inbox on our return to the UK and we will definately be trying to return in the future.

An excellant base of operations for a holiday in central Florida . Villa is beautifully appointed and situated in quiet residential area close to Disney World . Pool and hot tub are an excellant way to relax and cool off ,pool is heated by solar power which was an added bonus. I have no hestitation in recommending this villa to anyone and I have holidayed in this area 14- or 15 times over the last 20 years. Everything was ready to go and I had no need to comment or even request assistance from the nearby manager , a trouble free holiday . Was there 3 weeks and will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Florida. The cottage was everything that we wanted. We all loved the pool and the games room was really good for the children. The location was superb.. Only a stones throw from the hustle of the parks, but the tranquillity was fantastic following those hot busy days. The cottage was well equiped and clean and very spacious. We stayed in a hotel when we visited he area previously.. We won't ever do that again! This was certainly one of the highlights of the visit and we will certainly be recommending it to our friends and family..

This was our fisrt time in a villa 27th May - 10th June 2010.. and it surpassed our expectations. The location was great,.. Quiet and tranquil, but only a stones throw away from the very busy theme parks, it was fantastic to leave all that behind and 'just relax' at the villa. The games room was a bonus.. the children were either in the pool, which we all enjoyed very much, or in the games room. The facilities were very good, spacious and well equipped and very nicely decorated. I know that should we return to Florida we would certainly want to stay at the villa.... 'Home from Home!' Yep we can say most certainly that it was fab!

We have never stayed at a villa before...but I will in the future. The location is excellent, such peace and tranquility and the 'cottage' is just top class. We couldn't find anything to be short of, a top class games room which surpassed all our expectations. The pool and area was outstanding. The facilities are fulsome and the cottage is spacious. Bedrooms good sized and nicely furnished, kitchen lacked nothing. If i return to Florida this will be where I am staying. Felt totally safe, no one bothered us, and it was the perfect sanctuary after a day at the theme parks. Also well received was the wifi and English footy on the tv! It really was superb. John was a pleasure to deal with, specially when the volcanic ash chaos threatened our family holiday. He could not do enough to help us.

Thanks so much for the use of your villa for the 2 weeks from 26th March to 9th April 2010. The location was ideal for us to get to the Disney parks, Universal, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre very easily. The front of the villa was perfect to view the shuttle launch too! The pool and hot tub were a real treat (especially enjoyed by the kids) and the games room was brilliant - the carpet made a real difference and really made it cosy. The layout of the villa was perfect for the 6 of us and met our needs totally. Thanks again and will rent again if available.

Enjoyed our stay, especially the peace and quiet. The patio and pool were very nice. Lots of space!! Had everything we needed and more! We did some repairs to the blind at the patio door where a couple of slats had fallen, fixed it with beige duct tape! Really we were pleased and found the house very comfortable,and except for a couple of things we considered quite minor, have no complaints at all and intend to come again in two years if it is available. Had a great stay!!! Much much better than a stay at a hotel!!

I just wanted to feedback the wonderful two weeks we've just had at Poolside despite the coldest Florida winter spell since the punic wars (or 1971 according to a lovely lady at Publix !).
The facilities are wonderful,well equipped and the games room is a fantastic addition. The internet access proved invaluable for up to date weather reports and changes to opening times etc and having a landline afforded a greater sense of security and meant we were easy to contact. The location was ideal as it meant all the parks were a short journey away, as was the airport which allowed us to maximise our time.

And finally but most importantly the high level of detail, support and quality of your information ensured that I have no hesitation in recommending Poolside.

All the family had a great holiday ,the villa was like a home from home, everything we needed was there. My wife, daughter and I had an excellent holiday.

Location is excellent, short car journeys to all attractions yet very peaceful location (get some candy if you go on halloween as we had several fantastic trick or treaters!)

The villa was very well equipped and the air-con wonderful as the temperatures were record beating for our stay. Even so the hot-tub was still really nice early morning and late evening.

We are very happy to recommend this villa, it was everything it was advertised to be and very good value for money.

My wife, daughter & I had a super time in the villa, especially enjoying the pool & the hot tub.
Being so close to the parks is a real boost, then having the privacy of the villa once we had had our fill of the crowds.
Enjoyed the launch of the hot air balloons first thing in the morning, a nice peaceful way to start the day. Would totally recommend the villa to anyone looking for a well located, quiet, superbly equipped retreat.

We have all enjoyed a brilliant 2 weeks holiday at Poolside Cottage. It is so convenient to all the Orlando attractions and close by to the new supermarket. The villa was very clean and well equipped and we all loved the pool and hot-tub. The games room was an added bonus. As a family base it beats hotels hand down! Just back from 2 weeks in Poolside Cottage.

Had a great time - even though we had LOTS of rain the 2nd week still managed to use the pool every day and jumping in to the hot tub afterwards was a lovely bonus!!

Love this location as it is so close to Disney Parks and the new shopping area off Lake Wilson Rd makes it so simple to stock up on holiday essentials.

This was the 1st villa we rented and although we have stayed in other villas since none of them have had a pool as big as Poolside Cottage or as many rainy day facilities!!

The villa was ideal, spacious, clean & tidy and very convenient for all the attractions. I particularly enjoyed the pool table having scored a resounding victory over my son during our stay!! It is a shame that the villa and grounds opposite are not kepot in as good a condition but I appreciate this is something over which youj have no control.

We only had cause to speak to Ardelle on a couple of occasions and found her to be very helpful.

Our recent stay at Poolside Cottage was totally enjoyable! Your home is spacious, entertaining and quiet. We couldn\'t have asked for a much better location being that the cottage is located close to the parks, restaurants and shopping. My husband absolutely loved the hot tub and now he wants one for his very own.

We highly recommend your villa to anyone considering it. This was our first time renting a house in Florida. The difference as opposed to a hotel room is incredible in both spaciousness as well as value.

John, you personally have great attention to detail in regards to your communication, which was also greatly appreciated.

We will definitely recommend Poolside Cottage to friends and family and hope to return many times in the future.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at your lovely spacious and well equipped villa. It was ideal for our needs which were a peaceful location and entertainment for 2 teenagers. The pool table was used every day along with the pool and hot tub(luxery for a weary body!) Also it was good to have tvs in the bedrooms so that the kids could relax in their own space. My family and I have just finished a 5 day stay at the Poolside Villa. The villa was very effordable and comfortable for us (2 adults and 2 kids). After spending each day at Disney it was pleasant to return to a quiet home and relax in the hot tub and pool.The solar heating for the pool is great as no extra dollars were needed for gas. It was great being able to barbeque meals and enjoy the surrounds.

We have just returned to England after spending two weeks at Poolside. The hot tub was a fantastic start to out holiday, after 12 hours of travelling and continued to be so after days at the parks. John\'s directions from the airport were spot on and very useful.

Spent 5 days at the villa prior to going on a 7 day cruise. The villa is in a very peaceful setting but still only 5 minutes drive from supermarket and restaurants. It has everything you could possibly need, a real home from home. The swimming pool is wonderful and the hot tub is an added bonus - spent every evening in there. We spent 3 wonderful weeks at the villa. It was WONDERFUL!. It was the most relaxing vacation we have every had. We were very pleased with the villa, as it was very clean and made you feel right at home. Everything that we needed was right there. We\'ll surely do it again next year.
