Just returned from a week at the poolside villa. We had a great week staying at the location which really is only 10 minutes to Disney. We wanted for nothing at the villa and my kids loved the pool and hot tub as well as the pool table and darts. Villa was nice and clean and its owner John provided all the information we needed once there. We would stay again here and it was great value.

We stayed at the Villa for two weeks in January/February. The booking process was very easy and the owner is very responsive and knowledgeable about the local area. The villa is located in a quiet residential area but is very close to the Disney Parks most days it took approx 15 minutes drive. The villa is well equipped and offers lots of entertainment when not at the parks. The beds are very comfortable and the villa is very spacious for a family. We would happily rebook this villa on future visits.

Recently stayed for 9 nights in this villa and we all had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful for a relaxed stay. Had all of the amenities that we were after and it’s great to be so close to everything. Would definitely recommend and look into staying here again.

Great location. Far enough away to be very quiet. But close to Disney. Not far from Sea World or Universal. Plenty of food options within 5 minutes drive. Great base. Wal-Mart and Public close if you intend to stay in and cook. Brilliant value.

Just got back from a week at Poolside Cottage - had a very enjoyable time! The villa had everything we needed and more, and John and Ardelle were very attentive to any needs we had. The beds are very comfortable, the pool and patio are large and a big, brand new Walmart is literally 4 minutes up the road! Be aware that the photos on their website are from a few years ago and that both the neighborhood and the house are a bit more "tired" by now. If you are looking for "upscale", then this is not the place for you - but if you are looking for a comfortable place on a budget that is within a short distance from the parks, then this might be your place.

Just got back home to snow on the ground and wishing we were back in the sunshine.
The villa is extremely well situated for the theme parks, shopping and restaurants. It has all the home comforts and excellent value for money. We had a later flight home and were allowed to stay on for a few extra hours which was very much appreciated.
Would recommend it to others.

My son and I had a lovely time at Poolside villa. It had everything we needed for our one week stay there. The location was excellent. Enjoyed spending time in the pool and sitting out in the sun at breakfast time. We wouldn’t hesitate to use your villa again and will definately recommend it to friends and family.

Having just returned from Poolside Villa I have to say myself and family thoroughly enjoyed our 7 week stay! I can't stress enough how convenient the location of this villa is. Pool is amazing and we had many fun days here. Management company and John were helpful and courteous from beginning to end. We would definitely stay again in the future. Just back after spending a week in Orlando at Poolside Villa. The Villa was as promised, clean, spacious and very well equipped. Both the pool and hot tub were well used especially after a long day at the parks, which were unbelievably easy to get to from the villa, although Universal is a little further away, it's an easy and straight forward route and wasn't an issue. The games room and pool table, was a real treat and not something we have had when previously staying in Villas either in the US or Europe. Would definitely book again if and when we are back in Orlando and would have no hesitation in recommending Poolside to friends and family.
Our only complaint...,wished we had booked more than a week!!

We had a lovely time in Florida so sad to be home. Every time I go I think about how much I want to buy a Villa there! The villa was in a perfect location for the parks, really close to everything. Nice quiet area. Had a great two weeks here, 4 yo loved the pool and would have spent every waking minute in it if he could! Saw an array of wildlife around the villa which was exciting! Would recommend to friends. Thanks for letting us stay in your villa.

We had a great time in Florida. The villa was fantastic. Great to be so near the 192 and Disney. The villa itself was lovely. A great size and the pool brilliant. If our boy had it his way he would have been in it for the whole two weeks. Definitely going to recommend it to our friends who are going to Florida next year.

Arrived back from our holiday on the 16th May and we still have our holiday blues. This villa definitely contributed to this. Spent 21 days at this villa and can honestly say it was incredible! What an amazing place. So close to all the shops and theme parks, and so immaculately kept. I would absolutely stay here again when we go back in future and would recommend to anyone to stay here to add to what will be a magical holiday!

We have just returned from our first family holiday in Orlando and it was amazing. We spent 18 days in the villa and could not fault a thing. It is in a nice quiet location near to Disney theme parks and plenty of shops and restaurants. The villa is clean spacious and very well maintained. The swimming pool and hot tub are great after a long day at theme parks. It is highly recommended and we would love to return again sometime.

Just got back from a 2 week holiday in Florida, fantastic time!!!
The villa was in the most ideal location for accessing the theme parks in Orlando and for joining the i4 if heading to legoland or Busch gardens. My 2 sons enjoyed the hot tub which we found as a unique perk of this villa above any others we have stayed at on our previous 2 visits to Florida.
Would highly recommend the villa to all friends or family if they were to ever visit Orlando

Had a fantastic 2 week holiday. Great pool and hot tub, decent pool table and, most importantly, cable TV so we could watch the football.

Just returned from spending a couple of weeks I the villa. Absolute perfect location for the theme parks and the villa was fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The Jacuzzi was easy to use and was perfect after a long day in the park the games room was excellent for lazy days in the villa and the sat tv had all sorts of channels to choose from. Very happy we stayed and will be recommending to all my freinds

We have just returned from two weeks in this villa. Absolutely perfect location to the parks, we didn't hire a car as we just got an Uber to the parks daily as this worked out cheaper for us, taxi was approx. $8 to Hollywood Studios so it was much cheaper than the parking fees! John was brilliant throughout the stay and was always easy to contact if we needed too. Very ideal location, nice & quiet. Very spacious Villa, the pool & hot tub were great. I will definitely be recommending this Villa. Thank you so much for a great holiday!

Just returned from a magnificent 2 weeks at Poolside Villa. I cannot praise the property or the owner John too highly. Superb house, great facilities and John was always on hand to answer any queries before, during and after. Brilliant location and a very quiet neighbourhood. I cannot recommend this highly enough and I can only thank John for allowing us to stay. Once again this is a magnificent place to stay and I will be recommending anyone who asks to use it.

We have just returned from poolside villa and cannot stress enough how enjoyable it was to stay there, the villa has everything you need to relax and unwind after those hectic days in Orlando. With the villa being in an ideal location we found that we could head back there in the afternoon for a dip in the pool then return to the parks refreshed for the evening. And with everything on the doorstep it was great to grab something to eat and take back and sit round the pool area which looked great lit up at night. This was our first time in a villa in Florida and I don't think we could have picked a better one as the communication from John from start to finish was superb right down to an email while we were there to welcome us. We are looking at returning in 2018 hopefully we can tie the dates in so we can stay at poolside so once again thank you to John and his family for allowing us to stay there.

A relaxing stress free holiday. From my initial enquiry to the end of my holiday John was always in touch and very helpful as were the couple in Florida looking after the villa.

The villa was in a great location and really nice with the added bonus of the hot tub next to the pool. We spent less time at the parks than previously and the villa was a very welcoming and relaxing place to spend our evenings. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others.

We have just spent a wonderful 2 weeks in John's villa. This was our 5th visit to Orlando but our 1st time staying in a villa. I only wish we had done it sooner. We really appreciated the space, the privacy and the excellent facilities this villa has to offer. The villa is fully loaded and really is a home from home
Having done the parks a few times before, we were more than happy to sit at the pool relaxing, wishing we could do this 52 weeks of the year. Maybe some day, you never know.
I have read a lot of the previous reviews and they are all very positive. I agree... it is a great place to stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending John's villa to family and friends

Just back after 2-week holiday and only have good things to say about the villa.

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood and villa itself was large and very comfortable. Ideal for our family trip. Although we had 6 adults it was certainly large enough for our needs.

Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable villa in a great location (particularly for Disney) and a hassle free experience.

John kept in touch and emailed us at start of the holiday to check all in order, which was a nice touch.

This was our third time staying at the Villa. Everything was impeccable as always. The extra large washer upgrade was well appreciated as having 6 children we generate a lot of laundry. The rooms are all large sized and our family was able to spread out and not be on top of each other. We love the pool and hot tub and really love the new railing on the pool. The new TVs in all the rooms were also a nice touch. If you're looking for a place for your family to enjoy some quiet time away from the parks in a beautiful well maintained home then look no further. We will definitely be back!

We've just returned from our two week stay at the villa. Visiting Disney meant long days out for us and the villa was exactly what we needed to rest and relax at the end of each day. The hot tub was definitely the highlight for us.

John was really helpful keeping us informed and up to date with everything before our arrival and we would definitely recommend staying at the villa to anyone visiting Florida. It's even in a great location for access to all the parks especially Disney.

Just returned from two weeks staying at the villa in Florida.

The villa is in a brilliant location with access to all the major routes, and really close to the Disney parks, and universal only 30 minutes away, if traffic, only 20 if clear, but it is the I4 so don't get your hopes up 😀

The villa is really spacious and the pool is a good size too. The hot tub is great although was a little too hot at times, not sure if this needs checking.

All the rooms are really large, with plenty of wardrobe space for everything you need. It was really great at the end of a busy day to be able to relax in the pool or chill out in the large living area.

John made the whole process really easy as well, and kept in touch prior to us arriving, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions we had really promptly, thank you so much for all your help and advice John.

I would recommend this villa if you are looking for somewhere peaceful to relax after a busy day in the parks or on the golf course, it has everything you need to be able to really enjoy your holiday.

We want to thank on behalf of my family and mine to John for his kindness. .We are a family of 7 people, my husband, myself my 3 children, my daughter and my grandson, have spent some fabulous days the house is very comfortable! The beds with bedding quality, all spotless !!!! The rooms are large and spacious! It has a beautiful playroom for children, equipped with all the necessary elements for children and adults baby from stroller, high chair and cot .The pool is beautiful and good water temperature, hot tub and super comfortable for several people. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The crockery is beautiful everything is spotless !!!! Best of all is the location, close to parks .The neighborhood is quiet and safe area! Was also very convenient that when we got home, the person in charge, showed us the facilities, books with maps and useful information .It was a wonderful trip and everything was perfect.

Our 2week stay at your home was awesome . Noticed the up grades and the railing for the pool is really nice. We had great weather so was out by the pool and hot tub ,a lot. Your home is in the right location, not far traveling to anywhere we wanted to go. Can't wait for our next visit.

Had a great time overall. We are golfers, not Mickey-lovers, & the villa was well sited for many golf courses. Heating the pool for our end-Feb visit was a good decision, as we like it warm. At a guess, the pool temp was about 28C, nice for the time of year. The Jacuzzi was excellent, always at 99F, perfect after a hard day on the golf course! A few minor niggles, all pointed out to Adele, but nothing major, & she assured me they would be sorted out quickly - none impinging on our enjoyment. A quiet area, which was good. John was very helpful & all was well-organised. We will be back.

We've returned december 4th from 14 days staying in the villa. It was nice to have a home away from home. The pool and hot tub are a really nice and the pool was no chilly despite not being heated in November. The location of the villa is great for all the parks and international drive as well as supermarkets, etc. all being nearby. Was nice to be with family one half from Netherlands the other half from Suriname. Good to finally have the opportunity to make a huge turkey with Thanksgiving 'n be together with loved ones. As we are normally "travellers" through our favorite country to visit we really enjoyed to be in 1 place for a change 'n would reccomend it to friends !

Stayed at the wonderful villa for Christmas. Location perfect, size of villa more than enough for the 5 of us. Loved the pool, hot tub and pool table. New TVs are an excellent touch. The powerful showers were great after a very hectic day! Wish I could get the top loading washing machine at home in the uk - loved it! 😀👍 only thing I would suggest is a better iron and ironing board. Would recommend this villa and its location to everyone. Thanks for having us, if we return we will be back!

Just returned from ten days staying in the villa. It was like a home from home and has everything you could ask for and need while away. The pool and hot tub are an amazing bonus and the pool was still warm despite not being heated in October. The location of the villa is great for all the parks and international drive as well as supermarkets, etc. all being nearby.
All in all, a great time had by myself and my wife on the first leg of our honeymoon (we went onto Vegas after Florida) and we will most definitely will be back at the villa (hopefully very soon).

we have just returned from spending three weeks at poolside cottage, this is the second time we have made good use of the villa. For visiting the parks its ideally located and not sure if you would find any nearer and as well equipped as this one! Plenty of space so you don't feel your falling over one another.
Dealing with John has been superb no hassle everything straight forward nothing's a problem.
I definitely recommend "poolside cottage" and will be definitely back.

Had a great 2 weeks vacation at Poolside Villa. The accommodation is spacious and perfectly located for all the main attractions. Pool table and Darts used a lot as well as the free WIFI and Local calls. The Villa is also well located for quick access the Interstate for travel further away. So a great base from which you can enjoy your vacation.

Just back after spending 15nights at the villa and can't praise it enough! Location is amazing you won't find closer. This is really important for park visitors as it increases your flexibility for doing split days when your only 5 minutes away from Disney! Whilst it is older due to its location it is impeccably clean and has been very well maintained and upgraded. The pool when combined with the pool table and jacuzzi then with the flat screen TV meant that we had a good few days spent just enjoying the villa.
We added an extra night onto our stay and it couldn't have been simpler.
Thanks to John and the management co. My family and me loved every minute.

We have just had a wonderful holiday in Florida staying at the poolside villa. The villa is absolutely superb. It is spacious, clean and very well maintained. The pool which was heated via solar heating was everything you could ask for. It is large enough for swimming but maintains a private feeling to it. The canopy over the pool keeps flys etc out of the are and allows the patio doors to be left open without the house being invaded with flying objects. The jacuzzi was brilliant after a longdY on our feet at the parks. The villa is situated on a quiet residential area but all the attractions are easily reachable by a short car journey.
All in all a brilliant holiday and we Are very sorry it has ended.

We have just returned from 15 nights at the Poolside Villa (1st to 16th May 15). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The villa had everything you needed, and the close proximity to the parks meant it was so easy to return to the villa for a well deserved rest mid afternoon to go back out again in the evening. The children especially loved the swimming pool, the games room, and the hundreds of TV channels to choose from. A few nights were spent watching films and having pizza delivered! I would recommend the villa to anyone looking for a villa close to all the action and a feel of home from home. We wish we were still there now! We hope to return again maybe next year!

Just returned home from a great holiday, staying in Poolside Cottage. Set in an quiet location very close to Disney we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, solar heating for the pool is more than adequate for May, all you could possibly need is in the villa, well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and loads of towels for pool and bathroom. Would recommend to anyone looking for a family home from home.

We have just arrived back from our stay at John's villa in Orlando. We have been visiting Orlando for several years now and we found the location perfect for both golf and local theme park attractions. The villa was well equipped with everything you need for your stay, from good wifi connection to plenty of coat hangers and towels.

The pool was a good size and we throughly enjoyed the hot tub after a game of golf to revive our aching muscles.

I found the booking process easy and clear and the arrival information and directions very helpful.

We stayed at the Villa for 8 nights in December 2013. On arrival at the villa it was exactly as we had expected per the website photos, and very easy to find and access. The bedrooms were a great size with lots of closet space. The kitchen was well equipped and also had lots of storage space and the 'great room' very spacious! The pool was big enough to do a few laps in the morning and the hot tub a bonus. We chose not to pay for pool heating and were glad we didn't as it was a perfect temperature for a refreshing dip on a hot day, even in December! Many towels provided and easy to use laundry facities. From booking to departure John made the entire reservation process very easy, providing email confirmation as well as lots of info about the villa and the area. Thanks for a great stay

We have just spent two weeks at poolside cottage visiting all the surrounding theme parks. It's location to disney is superb, I think you would struggle getting anything nearer without staying at disney itself! The villa has everything and more than anyone would need, a fantastic pool and hot tub and even a pool table. Our children also asked to go back so the could play in the pool. The kitchen has everything you would want and it feels like a real faml home. fantastic having cable tv and in particular free wifi. the house is in a very quiet neighbourhood with supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Orlando. Thank you John for letting us say in your home.

This was our second time at the villa and it was great. The villa is very close to the Disney Parks and tons of restaurants. John has really thought of everything you could possibly need and he has it at the house. The pool and hot tub are great, many times our kids actually asked if we could leave the parks and go back to the pool. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and I can't recommend it enough. John is very easy to work with and we'll definitely be staying there again the next time we're in Florida.

We had a fabulous time at Poolside Villa. The Villa is situated close to the parks and was a wonderful base and home from home to come back to fater a busy day. Our girls loved the pool and the hot tub we just wish we had had more time to spend making the most of the villa and the pool, maybe next time!

The owner has been wonderful providing really useful information and being happy to answer any questins making the whole experience of booking the villa very easy.
